Founder’s Story
Meet the Founder Mixsutra is the vision of Roshan, a hospitality professional whose journey began behind the scenes of Delhi’s banquet and events industry and evolved into leading some of India’s most successful nightlife and beverage concepts.
What started as freelance bartending quickly became a passion for crafting experiences that people remember long after the last drink is served. Early years were spent mastering mixology, guest relations, and luxury service while building Mixsutra as a side venture.
A defining chapter came in Kolkata, where Roshan led beverage consultancy for Level Seven, helping create a cocktail program that became widely recognized across the city. This success opened doors to larger opportunities, including the launch of Wafira at Golden Parkk Hotel as Beverage Manager. The concept became an instant success and was followed by the development of multiple nightlife destinations, including Makati, Botanick, and TGP24x7, many of which continue to thrive today.
The journey later led to TOYROOM, one of the world’s most celebrated nightclub brands, where nationwide operations, luxury guest experiences, and collaborations with renowned artists became part of everyday life. Years spent serving high-profile clientele and managing large hospitality teams provided a deeper understanding of what truly defines exceptional hospitality—attention to detail, personalization, and unforgettable experiences.
Today, Mixsutra represents the culmination of that experience. More than a bartending service, it is a hospitality brand built to bring luxury, creativity, and world-class service to private events, celebrations, and bespoke experiences.
